How can I check my order history?
Go to the “My Orders” section on the app to view all your past and current orders. You can search using your Order ID to see complete details — including order date, delivery date, form of rod, quantity and total amount.
Can I cancel or modify an order after placing it?
Yes, you can request to cancel or modify your order before it is confirmed or dispatched by the supplier. Once the order is marked as In Process or Dispatched, cancellation or modification may not be possible. For any changes, contact our support team directly through the app.
Can I change my delivery date after scheduling?
Yes, you can modify your scheduled delivery before the order is dispatched.
Go to the “My Orders” section, click on the “Modify Request” button and then select “Connect Support” to raise your delivery change request.
Our team will review it and update the delivery date as per availability.
