Yes, you can request to cancel or modify your order before it is confirmed or dispatched by the supplier. Once the order is marked as In Process or Dispatched, cancellation or modification may not be possible. For any changes, contact our support team directly through the app.
Can I schedule my delivery?
Yes, you can schedule your delivery while placing the order. Simply select your preferred delivery date before checkout. Jumbo Connect ensures your TMT steel reaches the site as per your project timeline.
Can I change my delivery date after scheduling?
Yes, you can modify your scheduled delivery before the order is dispatched.
Go to the “My Orders” section, click on the “Modify Request” button and then select “Connect Support” to raise your delivery change request.
Our team will review it and update the delivery date as per availability.
