How can I check my order status?
You can view the current status of each order in the “My Orders” section. Every order card shows its latest status — such as Created, In Process, Completed, Cancelled, or Rejected — along with key details like delivery date, form of rod and quantity.
Can I cancel or modify an order after placing it?
Yes, you can request to cancel or modify your order before it is confirmed or dispatched by the supplier. Once the order is marked as In Process or Dispatched, cancellation or modification may not be possible. For any changes, contact our support team directly through the app.
Can I change my delivery date after scheduling?
Yes, you can modify your scheduled delivery before the order is dispatched.
Go to the “My Orders” section, click on the “Modify Request” button and then select “Connect Support” to raise your delivery change request.
Our team will review it and update the delivery date as per availability.
